FacebookAbsolutely unprofessional, unethical, careless and shameless company. I really doubt any of the good reviews are real, just the fact that reviews on most platforms are either 1 star or 5 stars give you a clue that they may be using friends to manipulate their scores, I really cannot understand it otherwise. I wish I had checked them before... they use unfair trading practices to get you into the contract and once they have your money, that’s it, they’re done, service completed. Unlawful statements and threats seem to be their common practice, they just make them so naturally that it is absolutely unbelievable. 4th time I moved in East London, 1st time I received such a poor service. Funny enough, they claim to be the best agents in East London!

Wow! After 3 months hearing about our bad experience, now that I make it public you are sorry? I haven’t heard those words before in our private communications, indeed our comments and complaints have been widely ignored in multiple occasions. In fact, we already emailed Keaton’s Head Office almost a month ago, with a formal letter, which was ignored for nearly 2 weeks until I had to follow up on my email to remind that Keaton’s was not following its internal complaints procedure. So what am I supposed to email now? An investigation should already be undergoing, as confirmed by one of the members of the Head Office, Claire Mardle, 2 weeks ago! You owe me and my flatmate a total amount of £3,479 included over paid rent, the deposit and the refund that we have claimed, so pay us! And no more bullshit please

If not the right to get at ‘we apologise’ to any issue!An update on my review..... I’ve envíen been told that as tenant I’m not even considered a customer! And that landlord are entitled to ask for any sum of money even though the reason goes against the tenancy agreement!!!!

FacebookJust started renting a flat with Keatons in bow and the place was filthy when moved in and had to clean it myself with my 1 year old crawling around me, even vomit around the underside of toilet bowl and millimetres of filth under the toilet. No working fire alarm which is illegal, no meter readings done on check in and then no access given to meters for 2 weeks at which point the electricity bill is extortionate because I can't prove we haven't used the electricity they say we have which is £112 in 2 weeks apparently! Utterly appalled at their abissimal and incompetent treatment of us as tenants. They couldn't have done less and made it worse for us if they'd tried. We pay £1600 in rent a month and had to actually pay Keatons to treat us this way which is infuriating

FacebookI live in Forest Gate E7 next to a property Keatons let. It's been over 18 months I have been contacting them to have the neighbours tree cut down as it is damaging my property. I have constant blocked drains, constant leaves from the tree blocking the drains gutters and ruining my lawn but they don't seem to take this matter as urgent or serious enough to do anything about it. I will now be contacting the directors as the local branch in Stratford il E15 is not taking this seriously. Poor customer service. Poor response. No call back with any answers.

FacebookPictures on website dishonestly depicted property from when it was done up (years ago). Apparently it is unreasonable or in their words "unrealistic" to even request a carpet change (carpet is worn to the floor in some places) or to repaint the walls, or at least the ones that have been defaced by the current tenant. Bad attitude all in all and unwilling to go any length on the grounds that someone else will be "happy" to take the apt at it's current state. I would rather use "desperate".Thanks Keatons for promoting a fair state of living in our city - and so openly so. Best of luck - I will never consider searching a property with you nor will I recommend anyone else should.

The letting agent told me that he did not wish for us to feel this way and could have easily been more "mercenary" had he desired. More mercenary than £200 extra per month?
