GoogleWe have been using Keatons Shoreditch for over a decade now. Kudos to Shaun Datngarm and Marta Rodriguez for being exceptionally quick, efficient, and professional at letting out our flat. They reached out to us as soon as the current tenants gave notice and provided honest feedback as to what would be a fair market rent and what the flat needed to be attractive to potential tenants. Much appreciated!

GoogleWe had a really great experience using Keaton’s. Our main contact OJ was fantastic, he was great at keeping us up to date and informed throughout the whole process and made everything run smoothly. We have had really terrible encounters with other estate agents and it was a refreshing change to have such a positive experience with Keatons.

GoogleTamanna Malik has been fantastic. My partner and I were desperate to stay in our flat in London, and she was so kind and responsive during the negotiation period with our landlord, and as a result, we can now afford to stay in our home for another year. We are so grateful to everything Tamanna did to help us.

GoogleDo not recommend working with Keaton’s unless you are looking for the bare minimum and are OK with a team of incompetent agents. Since moving in, they have presented nothing but issues for us. They lied and omitted information to us to get us to move in and then were terrible partners after we moved in. They told us the landlord was looking for a long-term lease holder, and then alerted us 3 months into our lease he is looking to sell. They told us the landlord agreed to our basic offer of patching walls before move-in, and it took them 3 months to complete (and only because we pushed). When we discovered a water stain that could turn to mould, they again took months. The people seem kind enough, but they are just entirely incompetent. I had a great experience with Foxton’s when I was looking at other properties and would recommend them. I regret having made the choice to work in anyway with Keaton’s. Save your sanity and look elsewhere. *this is in regard to their leasing team, but based on my experience I wouldn’t work with their home purchase team either

GoogleGreat agency. Managed to find a flat very quickly with the help of Natalie Craddok and Matthieu Grimaldi. They are both great and the whole process has been smooth. They reply very quickly to our emails and have managed to accommodate us in the requests we’ve had prior to the start of the tenancy. 100% recommended.

GoogleWe’ve worked with Keatons for over 10 years, both as a letting agent and then for selling our property. They’ve always been responsive, keen to help solve any tenant issues and then latterly were proactive and communicative during the selling of our property. We recommend them highly and send thanks to Henry and the team in Shoreditch for such a good experience.
