GoogleI sold my 1 bedroom flat near Bethnal Green/Shoreditch with the Shoreditch Keatons office this summer and can whole-heartedly recommend them. My sale was dealt with by Nick, Chris and Kane, and they were all brilliant. I had the bad luck of a buyer pulling out, but the guys got my property back on the market and taking viewings really quickly, and got me another buyer in just a week or two. I found them to be professional and friendly. They were in touch regularly, but not to the point of being annoying, and kept me updated with the sale's progression. I chose Keatons because of their friendly and professional approach, and because I feel they often have the nicest properties on their books, so my flat was in good company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleAfter meeting several estate agents we opted for Keatons in Shoreditch after meeting Nick Verdi. He seemed knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, honest. Several friends had recounted their bad experiences with agents so we were wary. But we have to say that our dealings with Keatons were nothing but positive. Nick, and Toni, and their colleagues at Keatons helped us navigate through the difficulties of moving and took away much of the stress that goes with it. Thank you!

GoogleKate Bentley & her team in Shoreditch have been marvellous. We moved over from Australia 16 mths ago and the team at Keatons were supportive, easy to deal with and professional from the very start. Whenever there was any problems with the property, the team at Keatons responded within hours & we never waited for more than a day to have the issue addressed. I would recommend Keatons to property owners who wish to invest as well as those like us who rent. As an owner myself, if I had Keatons representing my property I would have security in knowning the property is in great hands.

GoogleIt was a real delight dealing with the Keatons teams in Shoreditch and Hackney. Everyone we dealt with from sales to sales progression were great to deal with, super professional, genuine, and really focused on ‘us’. The whole experience was slick. We instructed Keatons for our sale as our purchase was through them and we thought it might help things go more smoothly, and it really did. In particular, Stuart Milburn deserves special mention. He was very proactive and responsive, anticipated our questions, and kept the whole chain together as it went through the inevitable wobbles - a link higher up the chain broke and had to be re-formed but Stuart really helped to calm and keep our buyer in the chain. We don’t think he could have done a better job for us. The sale was also smooth: a great initial consultation with Nick, the manager of the Shoreditch office, with a thoughtful appraisal of the local market; really excellent photos were produced (I don’t think our place ever looked so good); plenty of viewings (with good handovers between Nick, Kane and Chris showing the property and feedback from them to us); a clear strategy for closing on the offer; and a good transition to the sales progression team. We’re really pleased we chose Keatons, and would do so again and happily recommend them to others.

GoogleJust bought a flat with Keatons from their Shoreditch office and it went fantastically well. Kane Griffin, the estate agent handling my purchace was always very responsive and informative about what was going on with the purchace. He showed me a property that fit my criteria perfectly instead of sending me hundreds of general properties which i felt really made the difference. The whole process was over in no time and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend their services as it couldn't have gone better!

GoogleI recently handed over my 2 bed flat in bethnal green to keatons, having had it advertised unsuccessfully with another high street estate agent for almost 2 months. Within a week they were able to find a buyer for me at asking price. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

I liked the way they didn't come in with a stupid over-valuation just to get the instruction. They were realistic, professional, friendly and worked hard to realise a price I was happy with. GoogleI recently found an apartment in London through Keatons. Oliver Cruikshank was the agent who helped me. I reached out to the agency through rightmove, and Oliver was very responsive. He was helpful in providing more information about the apartment and accommodating a quick viewing in the evening given that I was in a rush and I worked outside of London. He also helped quickly process my offer and deposit that same night, to help secure the apartment before other offers came in. The process overall was smooth and easy. What I liked the most is that everything was done (even signed) electronically, eliminating the need to print paper or having to make another trip to London just to visit Keatons office to sign paperwork.

GoogleI was in the market for 2 bed flat in the east and after being to all the other estate agents in the area, Keatons Shoreditch were from the onset the most serious about trying to find me the right one. My estate agent, Kane Griffin was unlike many other estate agents, being patient, professional and above all honest. After finding the right property within a couple of weeks, negotiations went smoothy and the sale proceeded. Although it wasn't the smoothest of purchases from then on out, it was in no way the estate agents fault. I would recommend to anyone Keatons Shoreditch if either in the market to sell or buy especially with Kane who without doubt fantastic and his job.

GoogleI put my flat up for sale with another estate agent for a month, and they could not find me a buyer at all. I gave Keaton's the commission and they found me a buyer within a week, and above asking price too. Unfortunately, the buyer decided to "gazunder" me on the day of exchange, which is not Keaton's fault at all. But Nick and Chris have been fantastic, finding me another cash buyer within 2 days! They understood the urgency I was facing in my chain and kept me informed at all times and were very active in keeping the process moving alone. I am happy to recommend Keaton's to anyone thinking of selling in the Shoreditch area.

Ollie, our lettings agent, was terrific - really friendly, helpful and welcoming. From our initial viewing, through to the decision-making process and the paperwork etc, Ollie and Rebecca were informative and supportive. They answered questions quickly and were genuinely forthcoming about everything. The whole process has been very smooth and stress free - we would definitely recommend Keatons, and specifically Ollie, to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Despite the purchase being tricky for lots of reasons Nick and his whole team were extremely supportive, offering advice and keeping everything on track. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keatons if you are selling or buying a property in the Shoreditch area. All aspects of the service are really well handled from marketing, valuation, viewings through to sales and purchase admin. A very big thank you from me to Nick, Chris, Kyle and Rebecca. We dealt predominantly with Nick Verdi at their Shoreditch office and he provided excellent support throughout the purchase process - he was patient, diligent and proactive. The process would have been much more complex (and elongated) without his involvement, so I would have no problem endorsing Keatons (and Nick especially) whether you're buying or selling.
