Being a first time buyer I was obviously very new to the process but Max and Martina were very professional and kept me updated throughout the purchase. On the viewings Max was very friendly and knowledgable and never once pressured me. Martina, the sales progressor was extremely friendly and explained every step to me in a calm manor. I would recommend Keatons to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a property. A big thank you once again!!

Honest, professional, and consistently amenable, Keatons entirely dispel the popular, if unjust, notion of what Estate Agents are like. Quite frankly I would not use any other firm when it comes to selling up next time round...

The commission rate was reasonable, and dispite having to endure the stress of what one could call an 'inexperienced' buyer - if I was being kind. Adam, Nick and the team managed to pull me through the other side with sound advice, hard work and good humour.

GoogleMy son has recently sold his house through Keatons. The sale was handled personally by Rupert. I have bought and sold my own houses 5 times and Rupert was the most courteous, professional and considerate estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We were kept informed of the progress of the sale at all stages and he helped organise various additional processes that were needed by the purchaser often doing more than was expected. I would definitely recommend Keatons and will ask them to sell my own house as and when the time comes.

GoogleLet’s be honest, estate agents have a pretty bad reputation thanks to a particular company. But Keatons’ ethos is clearly to defy those stereotypes, and that’s exactly what they do. I was so impressed with how genuinely helpful and personable both Kate Bentley and Kadice Douglas from the Shoreditch branch were when helping me find and rent out my property. They repeatedly went out of their way, even when office hours were over. It’s rare to have such a painless experience when moving house and for that I’m massively grateful.

GoogleI recently visited Keatons Shoreditch to ask for help in locating a 2 bed flat for a rental investment. From the outset, my experience was nothing but positive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the agent who dealt with my query was knowledgeable, informative and took a lot of time to go through my specific requirements and address all my queries. We viewed a good selection of properties; no offers yet but I sincerely hope to be able to use Keatons when the right property comes to the market. Many thanks for your great service.

GoogleWorked with Simon to buy a flat, were very helpful in showing me around it (and letting me back in to see it again on the day). Took a little longer than expected to complete purchase, but I think that was as Simon hadn't been kept up to date with progress accurately - once I was calling him to keep him updated, he did an excellent job of chasing everything we needed. No complaints at all.

View AgentsThe last time I rented a house it was the typical nightmare experience, lots of hidden costs, sales pitches, and pressure to put money down. A friend suggested I contact Keatons and Im glad they did. I dealt with quite a few members of staff, from Matthew to Simon to Hannah, all of which were incredibly professional, reassuringly honest and made me and my partner feel like we were very important throughout. I rarely rank top marks as I think it's difficult to hit maximum 'points' but when it happens the few that delivered need the credit. Good job to all those mentioned.
