I recently purchased a 1BR flat using Keatons Shoreditch office. It was a very positive experience. I was dealing with Kane who was had a good attitude, was punctual and reliable, kept on top of the transaction staying in touch with both sets of solicitors, and was always willing to chase down answers to questions if he did not already know. I was very impressed - much better than most estate agents I have dealt with over the years! I would happily use the office again should the need arise.

I live in Forest Gate E7 next to a property Keatons let. It's been over 18 months I have been contacting them to have the neighbours tree cut down as it is damaging my property. I have constant blocked drains, constant leaves from the tree blocking the drains gutters and ruining my lawn but they don't seem to take this matter as urgent or serious enough to do anything about it. I will now be contacting the directors as the local branch in Stratford il E15 is not taking this seriously. Poor customer service. Poor response. No call back with any answers.

Pictures on website dishonestly depicted property from when it was done up (years ago). Apparently it is unreasonable or in their words "unrealistic" to even request a carpet change (carpet is worn to the floor in some places) or to repaint the walls, or at least the ones that have been defaced by the current tenant. Bad attitude all in all and unwilling to go any length on the grounds that someone else will be "happy" to take the apt at it's current state. I would rather use "desperate".Thanks Keatons for promoting a fair state of living in our city - and so openly so. Best of luck - I will never consider searching a property with you nor will I recommend anyone else should.

Simply quibbled the rental increase and tenancy renewal fees - stating that I thought my housemates and I were being unfairly stung. The letting agent told me that he did not wish for us to feel this way and could have easily been more "mercenary" had he desired. More mercenary than £200 extra per month? Thanks Keatons, we are truly blessed.Does this still qualify for the quarterly prize draw?!

First off, let me say Jonathan at Hackney is a 5-Star! This is the first time I am selling a property, and Jonathan has been very helpful right from the beginning. Staff were always helpful and polite, they always informed us what was happening and sold our house in 3 days. Keatons Hackney office (specifically Debby and Rory) went the extra mile to ensure the smooth purchase of our property. We were frequently updated on progress, any issues and always kept in the loop. During our purchase we came across issues, however no question or matter was too small for Keatons - no phone call was left unreturned, no email was left unanswered and we felt like valued customers. Our sale unfortunately fell through twice but they helped us both times; giving us advice on our next steps, our best options and never made us feel as though it had been a waste of time. We have already issued interest in buying through them in the near future again, and have highly recommended them to close friends, family and others who are looking to buy around Hackney. The team made us feel very valued as customers and ultimately did all they could to keep us as their customers happy and fully informed at all times. Couldn't recommend enough.

Very Good Agent

Nick Veridi is an extremely professional agent . He demonstrates confidence and has a friendly approach. When dealing with my late Grandmothers flat he was extremely compassionate and contacted my family regularly with updates and relevant information, by way of phone calls and emails and was always on call to deal with any questions, this was very helpful as we live in Kent. I have bought and sold a number of properties, but never experienced an estate agent that was as helpful and genuine as Nick, he is not only a credit to his company, but also his profession.
