GoogleThe agent Benjamin Fidler was very kind to us. He was punctual and approachable, answering all of our questions honestly and clearly. Although we were unable to close a deal because of external circumstances, he was very helpful and diligent.

GoogleJust bought a 2-bed apartment in Shadwell thorough the Shoreditch office. Chris Maughan was a pleasure to deal with, extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Before I bought I viewed a lot of properties through a variety of estate agents and my experience with Keatons was one of the best, really no complaints at all, couldn’t have been better. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and Keatons to anyone.

GoogleMy experience finding and renting a three bedroom flat with Keatons was extremely smooth. The staff were always very helpful and available to speak at late hours in the evening regarding our tenancy, and they made the whole process simple for us - especially Catherine and Rebecca. GoogleWe found that Keatons had the best properties on the market in the area we were looking in. Kane at Keatons was great, he was always available, made sure we had all the help we needed. Kane managed to get us from first viewing to exchange in less than 8 weeks. I would recommend using Keatons for both the properties they can find and for the support they give in the buying process.

GoogleWe recently completed on our first property as homeowners with Kane at Keatons. I imagine the experience of buying a home is always overwhelming, stressful and busy, however from initial contact through to closing Kane was informative, prepared and helpful. He let us know who else was interested and general status updates without being pushy or over-bearing, and after a previous experience with another company, his laid back attitude of following our lead and schedule ultimately helped us decide to go with this property as we felt comfortable. We're still settling in but wouldn't hesitate to use them for another purchase and would happily recommend Keatons to friends.

GoogleI am really happy to have chosen Keatons, and especially Kane. Since the beginning, he was productive in showing me a lot of different apartments, managing his time according to mine, willing to accommodate several viewings for me to be 100% sure of my decision and not forcing me into anything. During the process, he was always responsive. Very efficient. And very receptive of my concerns and always coming with a reasonable and comprehensive answers to my concerns. He knew every details of each parties, and able to be an excellent mediator. Thanks to him, I managed to find and buy in a reasonable timeframe my apartment. And if I have to sell it in the future, I will definitely trust Keatons Real Estate and Kane.

FacebookJust started renting a flat with Keatons in bow and the place was filthy when moved in and had to clean it myself with my 1 year old crawling around me, even vomit around the underside of toilet bowl and millimetres of filth under the toilet. No working fire alarm which is illegal, no meter readings done on check in and then no access given to meters for 2 weeks at which point the electricity bill is extortionate because I can't prove we haven't used the electricity they say we have which is £112 in 2 weeks apparently! Utterly appalled at their abissimal and incompetent treatment of us as tenants. They couldn't have done less and made it worse for us if they'd tried. We pay £1600 in rent a month and had to actually pay Keatons to treat us this way which is infuriating

GoogleAfter meeting several estate agents we opted for Keatons in Shoreditch after meeting Nick Verdi. He seemed knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, honest. Several friends had recounted their bad experiences with agents so we were wary. But we have to say that our dealings with Keatons were nothing but positive. Nick, and Toni, and their colleagues at Keatons helped us navigate through the difficulties of moving and took away much of the stress that goes with it. Thank you!
