GoogleWe currently are tenants of a property and we needed to ask the Landlords to reduce the rent to assist us financially with us being pregnant with twins. We were really nervous in the first place but spoke with Benjamin Fidler at Keatons and he tried his very best to help us and he was so helpful and understanding. Even if the decision in the end was up to the Landlords (to which they thankfully accepted), that human touch and knowing that I was in the right hands gave us such relief. GoogleMy friend and I had been looking to rent a place for sometime, and therefore have encountered plenty of estate agents over the past month or so. Many have been late, unprofessional and unhelpful. We were taken around the property we would later put an offer in, by Ben Fidler, who was well-mannered, polite and full of useful information. Due to his friendly nature we knew we were in good hands when later we decided to put an offer in for the property. Thanks for all the help!

GoogleExtremely rude office! They discriminated me because I am a SINGLE pregnant woman. Assumed straight away I am unemployed and questioned my ability to pay rent. Refused to even show me the property and told me “it’s too small for you and the owner probably don’t want to rent it to someone with a baby”. It’s definitely my decision what is too small for me, not HIS (of course it was a man). And also why would the owner have a problem with a baby?!? Clearly that was his personal opinion. Just because I am a single pregnant woman it doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the same fair chance as everyone else.

GoogleI bought a house through Luke Mardle at Keatons (or maybe I should say thanks to Luke). I had specific requirements and Luke showed me round multiple houses, taking me back for second viewings when I was unsure and most helpfully always keeping me in the loop and suggesting new properties on the market. He had extensive knowledge of the area I was looking in and the house I ended up buying was one he suggested to me. He was always on time, personable and it became more preferable to view houses with Luke than searching through other estate agents.

GoogleWorking with Matthieu to view flats was great! He was very responsive to my communications and found a great list of flats that met my criteria. He was so friendly during the viewings, and really made it seem like he was in the decision process with me. Should I need to move again, Matthieu will be the first person I reach out to to find a new home.

FacebookAbsolutely unprofessional, unethical, careless and shameless company. I really doubt any of the good reviews are real, just the fact that reviews on most platforms are either 1 star or 5 stars give you a clue that they may be using friends to manipulate their scores, I really cannot understand it otherwise. I wish I had checked them before... they use unfair trading practices to get you into the contract and once they have your money, that’s it, they’re done, service completed. Unlawful statements and threats seem to be their common practice, they just make them so naturally that it is absolutely unbelievable. 4th time I moved in East London, 1st time I received such a poor service. Funny enough, they claim to be the best agents in East London!
Wow! After 3 months hearing about our bad experience, now that I make it public you are sorry? I haven’t heard those words before in our private communications, indeed our comments and complaints have been widely ignored in multiple occasions. In fact, we already emailed Keaton’s Head Office almost a month ago, with a formal letter, which was ignored for nearly 2 weeks until I had to follow up on my email to remind that Keaton’s was not following its internal complaints procedure. So what am I supposed to email now? An investigation should already be undergoing, as confirmed by one of the members of the Head Office, Claire Mardle, 2 weeks ago! You owe me and my flatmate a total amount of £3,479 included over paid rent, the deposit and the refund that we have claimed, so pay us! And no more bullshit please

GoogleNick and Kane were closely involved in all aspects of our sale, and responsive by phone, email and in person. We were selling at a tough time for market valuations, which complicated matters, but Keatons remained open to discussing our options; and were able and willing to be involved in communications with the other estate agent in our 'chain.' I would work with them again.
