GoogleI had the best experience looking for my new home with Matthieu Grimaldi from Keatons Shoreditch. As a black, femme, queer freelancer, it often feels as though you're saying what you want but aren't being listened to or given the opportunity to rise to the occasion. So many times, I would go to an estate agent and after giving my budget etc, never hear back from them because I didn't seem corporate enough and thus didn't seem like I ahd the money. Matthieu was very attentive from the beginning. He reassured me when I felt nervous about checks etc, and worked with me to remedy any issues that may have come up as a hindrance to getting my home. He was very on-hand as I have (recently) had quite an intense schedule and made sure everything happened smoothly. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and would very much reccommend that others seek him out adn work with him too. I am very comfortable and happy in my new home as I write this. Thank you very much, Matthieu and Keaton's shoreditch.

GoogleMe and my friend found our dream flat through Keatons who were so amazing in helping us with everything. Marissa at Keatons Shoreditch organised our viewing, showed us round the flat and answered every question we had about the property, the area and the tenancy details. After the viewing she was so responsive and gave us amazing advice on what to include in our tenant offer and kept us in the loop the whole time in the lead up to our offer being accepted. I cannot recommend Keatons enough, they go above and beyond!

GoogleMattieu helped me rent my first flat in London! I had several agencies previewing listings for me, but Keatons' turned out to be the best fit. The entire process was extremely clear, well organized, and stress free. I had a lot of newbie questions and Mattieu was patient, personable, and informative. Thank you!!

GoogleMarissa showed us around a flat in Shoreditch. From the moment we were in contact she was incredibly friendly and personable and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the flat and the surrounding area which really helped us because we didn't currently live in the area. She also had a really nice way of making you feel like you were just having a chat rather than it being like an interview process or it being really rushed like it can be with many estate agents. We will definitely look to use Keatons for future flat hunting! Finally, if you look to rent through Keatons yourself then I would recommend requesting Marissa as your main contact as she was amazing!
