Adele, through the initial stages of our offer and two way communication, revision to acceptance - to next stage checks with required paperwork submitted, has done an excellent job. We are looking forward to this purchase progressing in much the same manner through to exchange and completion.

Only positive experiences with the JW Wood Team so far. Olivia was extremely helpful during the process of finding my new place and responded quickly to all my questions and requests. When it comes to buying a place which you can call Home for a long time - if not for the rest of your life - you really want to be in good hands.

Thanks to Adele and Olivia for their help in selling my parents home very quickly. They carried out 12 viewings over the space of 3 days and we had 7 offers, 3 in excess of the asking price. Amazing result for our family, great communication from the start. We’d thoroughly recommend JW Wood to sell your house.

A really nice and friendly estate agents whom were very helpful with me during the process of looking for my first house. Olivia was especially brilliant as she helped me feel at ease in such a new daunting environment and talked me through each stage. The whole viewing and offer process was also very swift and Olivia engaged with the seller frequently whilst constantly keeping me up to date. I really appreciate all of the care and support shown to me by Olivia and JW Wood. Thank you!

JW Wood made the whole house-buying process simple from start to finish. Amanda Killops in the Durham office was the sales co-ordinator for our purchase and was a delight to deal with. She was helpful and efficient at all times, keeping me sane through the bumps along the way. Thank you to all!
