GoogleI have just accepted an offer for my retirement flat through J W Wood and have found their service excellent throughout. Jonathan first came to visit the flat and I found him to be professional, approachable and efficient. Since then , J W Wood have conducted viewings on my behalf and given helpful guidance on pricing, and first Helen and then Elaine have kept me and my daughter fully informed throughout. I have felt very comfortable that they have always acted in my best interests and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMy husband and I have just agreed to buy a property through JW Wood. This is the second time we have used this estate agent to buy. We have dealt mainly with Ann who knows how to develop a good rapport, is very clear and straightforward in explaining all the steps involved and updates regularly. After the purchase is agreed there is also a very good follow-up process and team to make sure you get through the relevant checks and processes. Thank you!

The after sale care was amazing from Gillian Anderson at the Darlington branch, constantly kept up to date with at least weekly phone calls for updates and sooner calls if needed for any major updates. GoogleGillian looked after us so well with us buying a property from the estate agents. Nothing I asked was ever too much trouble, and she helped guide us through the process of buying a house so well! We got regular updates, and found out more from Gillian than from our solicitors. Would recommend a 100 times over!
