GoogleWe were recommended JW Wood as we are from outside the area and they did not disappoint!! From initial contact, Claire Askew was very professional and prompt in our options being explained and the survey was booked with only a small wait of a week. We opted for a level 3 survey and our surveyor Jonathan Mason contacted us before he attended to discuss our needs and any concerns. The survey was extremely detailed, literally with no stone unturned and gave us complete confidence in our potential new homes' condition - with a gallery of photos highlighting the inspection. From the survey taking place the report was with us the next day - excellent service throughout and highly recommended

GoogleReally fast service from valuation to the house been advertised was a couple of days. Once it sold Tracy was fantastic at keeping me up to date almost daily so I knew how things were progressing. Very happy with my decision to sell with woods.

GoogleI have just accepted an offer for my retirement flat through J W Wood and have found their service excellent throughout. Jonathan first came to visit the flat and I found him to be professional, approachable and efficient. Since then , J W Wood have conducted viewings on my behalf and given helpful guidance on pricing, and first Helen and then Elaine have kept me and my daughter fully informed throughout. I have felt very comfortable that they have always acted in my best interests and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe have recently used JW Wood to sell a relative's home. From stepping into the branch and meeting David I knew we would be in safe hands. He was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions and got the property on the market in just over a week. Vicky and Louise then took over and ensured that viewings were arranged at times to suit everyone and within 4 days of the property going on the market we had accepted an offer. The girls kept in regular contact with me and were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also polite and curtious. We have now moved over to their conveyancing team who I'm sure will be just as fabulous as the Stanley branch team. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone in the area who is looking to sell.

GoogleThe surveyor was recommended by a trusted broken. I have been very pleased with the overall service. Administration staff has very helpful providing valuable information regarding the process and arranged for the survey date working around my availability. On the date, surveyor attended on time, was very polite and explained the process that was swiftly completed. The report was generated in timely fashion as agreed. Overall service was flawless and my experience very positive. Highly recommended.
