GoogleThey were great. Sold my property with the greatest of ease. Ashley was great during the sale and then after the sale Gill and Amanda were superb. 3verything managed professionally at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe were recently helped by Ann at the Durham office to make an offer on a new family home. Ann was great. She was really responsive and clear in what she needed from us to submit an offer. She also saved us time by helping signpost us to other services, such as solicitors. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI instructed JW Wood on a probate sale and dealt with Ashley until the sale was agreed and Samantha thereafter. Due to the distance involved, I never met either of them personally but both provided an excellent service and were good communicators. I appreciated the firm's straightforward and realistic advice on pricing as well.
