Friendly, supportive staff all the way, Jenny in Durham was brilliant, contacting me regularly to keep me in the loop. A few twists and turns along the way from the buyer, which got me worried, but Jenny was calm and reassuring throughout, and we finally got over the line.

TrustpilotDon’t bother even looking
Unbelievable experience trying to secure student housing for 23/24. Was told we couldn’t get any information and had to wait for the properties to launch. Checked website every 10 minutes every day. They launched and instantly every one of the 100 plus properties already had applications on. How is that even possible? Terrible agent.
