GoogleJW Wood have been excellent at marketing our property and consulting with us about viewings and offers. I would definitely use them again and would particularly recommend Sandrine Tondusson who supported us inexperienced house sellers throughout the process.

Avoid, going through the property ombudsman to address issues with this estate agent, very poor customer service, they genuinely don’t know what they are talking about, clueless at best!

GoogleJW Wood assisted in the sale of my late mums house. A very professional service, plenty of appointments booked and the staff kept us fully informed at the end of every week with positive and negative comments from potential buyers. Although the process has taken a little longer than expected given the state and uncertainty of the housing market conditions, I can fully recommend the service provided by the Sales Agents and associated staff.

TrustpilotAn absolutely crooked student rental…
An absolutely crooked student rental agent.
Beware, they claim against deposit for redecoration of rooms that are handed back in exactly the same state as received, claim for damage that was present but hidden when you move in, and change your checkout form from that you sign when checking out, when you dispute this with TDS.
Keep all documentation, take photos and video everything at check in and out, but ideally avoid the agent in the first place.
