GoogleI was only recently bereaved when we showed Gary from the Darlington team round Dads house, he was sympathetic and made the process so smooth. He explained everything, answered all our questions and let me take my time, I didn't feel under any pressure. Gary kept me informed of progress and the house sold at its first auction. A very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend d the Darlington team
Thank you and we are pleased we were able to assist during a very difficult time.

GoogleI would highly recommend this surveyor. I spoke to him on the phone and he explained everything to me and booked my survey at the next available slot. Everything was sent online and I signed and agreed without having to go in the office. Which was good for me as I live 2 hours away from the property I was buying. The report came 2 days after the survey as promised and was detailed and easy to understand. Claire was lovely and really helpful explaining how the payment system worked. Nothing was too much for them .
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear our team, especially Claire, made the process smooth and convenient for you, wishing you the best with your new property.
