From the very start, Ben and Joshua were a delight to deal with. They were approachable, friendly, and did everything they could to secure a buyer for my home. Their professionalism and effort really stood out during the process. A special mention must go to Hannah, the sales progressor. She is truly incredible - fast, efficient, and completely on the ball. Despite not buying through this branch - I can't praise Martyn enough! I am disabled & need more help with things like videos or face-time viewings. Martyn went above & beyond. I didn't feel like a bother when requesting the additional help. Out of 6 local agents, JW Wood have so far been the best. Accommodating my needs & responding super quickly to my enquiries. My experience of dealing with the team in Bishop Auckland has been a-maz-ing!; from the initial "walk-round" of the property with Martyn to the day-to-day dealings with Amanda, Elizabeth and Barbara in the office, who were handling the deluge of enquiries and viewings, everyone has been super friendly and very efficient. We have gone from putting the property on the market to accepting an offer well above the asking price, with almost 70 viewings in between, all within a month, which was far in excess of anyone's initial expectations. A special mention needs to go to Amanda who has done a fantastic job managing the "best and final" process and has being instrumental in getting us to where we are today.
