The lettings department of this company were very helpful and accommodating during a particularly difficult time for the family of a long term tenant, who sadly passed away 2 months ago. Paige, with whom I had main contact, throughout the process of ending tenancy on behalf of the deceased, was very supportive, showing compassion, kept communications going and offered useful information, pertaining to the tenancy. The family and I are hugely grateful and would commend Paige for her professionalism, courtesy, approachability and positive communication skills. She is an asset to the company. Thank you.
