YellCan’t fault them, outstanding service.
We’ve used the expertise of JW Wood a few times now, 5* service from the initial contact, to the valuation, photographs, viewings, negotiation on offers and seeing the sale through. Jonathan, Sarah, Anne, Julie and the rest of the team are 1st class. It’s been widely reported that moving house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, I suspect that they didn’t use JW Wood.

The lettings department of this company were very helpful and accommodating during a particularly difficult time for the family of a long term tenant, who sadly passed away 2 months ago. Paige, with whom I had main contact, throughout the process of ending tenancy on behalf of the deceased, was very supportive, showing compassion, kept communications going and offered useful information, pertaining to the tenancy. The family and I are hugely grateful and would commend Paige for her professionalism, courtesy, approachability and positive communication skills. She is an asset to the company. Thank you. GoogleFound the company easy to deal with and very honest compared to other estate agents I considered. Very helpful when needed Gary who came and visited myself was excellent. Julie who showed me around a few properties was lovely. The office staff especially Ella who I dealt with directly was amazing and nothing was to much when I was asking for more information or guidance.

We were first time buyers but both Grace and Hannah (who were contracted by the seller) made us feel that they were on "our side" and they massively assisted us with getting everything over the line. They were incredibly kind, professional and bent over backwards for us. We would highly recommend!
