GoogleSimon was always extremely professional and helpful. He had very good knowledge of the housing market in our neighbourhood, as well as understanding the implications of changes in the national market. He always responded promptly whenever we needed to discuss issues. We would recommend Simon and John D Wood to anyone.

GoogleJust used John D Wood to sell my property in Richmond. They priced the property sensibly and supported the sales process well from front to back. We got firm offers within a few weeks of going live and an offer which stuck within days of this. They are a friendly bunch and work hard. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling property in the area.

GoogleOn Saturday afternoon we asked for further details on a flat. The young man on duty handed us a card, which gave fewer details than the Internet posting. We then asked him for an appointment to see the property. We asked for Monday, when the agency would reopen, suggesting 11.30am, and asking for a confirmation call from the FS branch, to let us whom we should be meeting and where. By 11am, we had received no confirmatory phone call, so we phoned them. The man who answered the phone said he had still to go through all the notes left to him over the weekend. He said there was no way he could come at the appointed time and asked if we wanted another appointment. There was no apology. Presumably, had we turned up at the appointed time, we'd still be waiting outside the front door. Our answer is this: the property is listed through Zoopla by other estate agents. Why should we continue to pursue it through Faron Sutaria? We would not recommend them for buying or selling.

Harriet in the back office is an absolute star and you can count 100% on Duncan to be your man on the street looking for deals. Absolutely recommend them.

Right from the beginning when showing us the flat to finalising our rental agreement, he was very easy to deal with and answered all of our queries promptly. GoogleAlexandra Cheeseman was such a great broker to work with, especially for someone new to London. She was very patient with us as my husband and I had to make decisions from abroad and see properties separately. She did a great job of compiling properties that were exactly what we wanted, and in our price range. Alexandra was also so very professional. Before working with her, my husband and I reached out to a few other brokers whom either dropped the ball, inundated us with properties that didn't make sense for us, or did not follow up when asked. Alexandra was always prompt to respond, thorough and clearly cares a lot about her work. Not only did she help us find the right apartment, she also helped us after we signed our lease with questions we had about getting settled. We were lucky to find Alexandra!!

Alexandra C and Amy W from the South Kensington branch made my search for (and move into) my new home both structured, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I strongly recommending them to anyone who is considering a move and want to do it in the smoothest way without headaches or stress. They immediately sorted out any request or query that I have had, whilst keeping me in the loop meanwhile (even from going out of their way to find me exactly the sofa I want and ordering it, to remembering things I had mentioned during the flat viewing that I wanted to keep to make sure that I got it). This move was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had over my many years in London. Thank you and keep up the great work!

After having a bad experience with other letting agent from another estate agency, I have to thank to William that he helped us to find a nice property with only a week before we were due to move in , he was very helpful and reliable! Estella got all the paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. I couldn't thank them enough!!
