The most professional and friendly estate agents I have been in contact with. Alexandra C and Amy W from the South Kensington branch made my search for (and move into) my new home both structured, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I strongly recommending them to anyone who is considering a move and want to do it in the smoothest way without headaches or stress. They immediately sorted out any request or query that I have had, whilst keeping me in the loop meanwhile (even from going out of their way to find me exactly the sofa I want and ordering it, to remembering things I had mentioned during the flat viewing that I wanted to keep to make sure that I got it). This move was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had over my many years in London. Thank you and keep up the great work!

My wife and I have been looking for a place to rent for a while using a number of different agencies. By far the best experience was with john D. Wood. The stock that they had on was by far the best quality that we saw and they manage the fine balance between owner and potential tenant well. James Mooney was our contact there and he worked his socks off for us - nothing was too much bother. James had a high sense of understanding of the generic market, and then on the smaller scale a decent understanding of the owners and their needs and requirements. John D Wood is well organised from the start of the process to the conclusion, they come across as fair to both parties and their staff are knowledgeable and professional whilst remaining very pleasant to deal with. Selling or renting I would advise this company certainly in the Chelsea/Fulham area

My wife and I have just sold our home of 10 years through John D Wood for the asking price and were very impressed by the way that Annie Crum handled the process from the initial offer to the completion of the sale, which took just 12 weeks. We were particularly grateful for the way in which Annie promoted the property when we put it back on the market before Easter, and for the being such a patient and effective ‘mediator’. I can't thank enough the efforts that John D Wood in Notting Hill Gate made in order to sort out an accommodation for me and my son. The service provided by Will Warrington , Chantelle Springer-Daniels and Harriet Kapadia were simply outstanding . Will gave me full description of the property before I came for viewing and could understand all my needs, also showed confidence in what he was offering to me. In the middle of the whole process I had serious difficulties that would have made many estate agents give up . However Chantelle very kindly arranged a chat with the lovely landlord and thanks this approach and trust I am now living in a nice ,cozy and safe place . I highly recomend John D Wood and if I need to move again in future I will surely rely on this team again!
