GoogleI recently rented a property through this branch and was especially impressed with Stephania. I was slightly tight on time to move-in and Stephania endeavoured to make sure all the necessary was done prior to that. I was given very honest suggestions and information when requested and I am very pleased to have chosen John D Wood, definitely recommended.

GoogleAfter visiting many properties across South Kensington, with many, many agents, we met George from John D. Wood. Throughout the entire engagement, from viewing through to offer, and then completion, George Henderson demonstrated both patience and professionalism to help us get through the purchase process. He has been a pleasure to work with, as have the others in the John D. Wood team, and we can highly recommend them to others looking to purchase in the South Kensington area. Thanks for all your help guys, we appreciate it.

GoogleWe had previously worked with another agency and the flat did not sell. I was recommended to John D. Wood & Co and had the pleasure of working with George Henderson who was not only very professional but also extremely nice. Great communication and answered all my many questions quickly! Thanks for selling our flat and making what was a very difficult sale easier! I would highly recommend George!

GoogleWe worked with them while purchasing our new home and would like to thank them for their efforts and professionalism throughout the whole process from start to end. George Henderson was a great broker to work with. He effectively liaised with all the parties involved in our purchase, was always responsive to our queries thoroughly and speeded up the process as much as possible. Highly recommend !

GoogleWe recently sold our flat on Redcliffe Gardens thanks to the hard work and persistence of George Henderson. Its an incredibly difficult market at the moment and very price sensitive. Having put the property on with some of the other big name agencies, George really worked hard and managed to obtain a great offer from an oversees buyer, and really sat on top of the whole process and was great during the negotiation period and when the lawyers needed a push. Its now the second property we have sold with them and they have become my go-to agent. Great job guys

GoogleI would definitely recommend others to use this office. I dealt with Alex Oppenheim and Fred Ponsonby who were at all times extremely professional and helpful whilst also being reassuring and encouraging . They made the process of selling our house much easier than I had envisioned it would be.

GoogleJohn D. Wood on Battersea Park was a first class, blue ribbon company to do business with in every respect. Lettings agent, Anntonia Redding was helpful, supportive and highly professional in every was that could be expected by a lettings customer: intelligent, polite, very well-mannered, thorough, knowledgable and empathetic. She is very respectful of her organization while still being very understanding and supportive of her customer. That is a very fine tuned place from where to conduct business. I have no doubt that she will soar high professionally. Dr. Phyllis Connors Prince of Wales Drive

GoogleVery happy with the service from this office, dealing mostly with Frankie and Anntonia. I've used John D Wood before at a different branch so thought it would worth trying a different branch. Got good advice and a sensible valuation. Property went online on Thursday, 3 viewings on Saturday and 2 offers over the asking price on Monday.
Congratulations on the sale of your property. The John D Wood & Co. team aims to be both straightforward and responsible and it's great to see that you were able to benefit from their continued 5 start service. Many thanks, Sarah.

GoogleMy family and I have been looking for a property to rent for few weeks. I consulted several letting companies and Craig Jackson, from the John D Wood Fulham agency, did an outstanding job in understanding our needs, showing houses meeting our criteria, offering re-visiting several times with family members. Once the decision taken on our side, Craig was very efficient in all the steps, having the different people completing their tasks to get the house ready for us : in 5 days we got the keys. The John D Wood agency and Craig, our main contact, have been very professional and very nice to deal with at the same time. We highly recommend.

GoogleThe most professional and friendly estate agents I have been in contact with. Alexandra C and Amy W from the South Kensington branch made my search for (and move into) my new home both structured, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I strongly recommending them to anyone who is considering a move and want to do it in the smoothest way without headaches or stress. They immediately sorted out any request or query that I have had, whilst keeping me in the loop meanwhile (even from going out of their way to find me exactly the sofa I want and ordering it, to remembering things I had mentioned during the flat viewing that I wanted to keep to make sure that I got it). This move was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had over my many years in London. Thank you and keep up the great work!
