GoogleMany moons ago I purchased my first property through Simon Philp. Since then I have moved numerous times and I only ever trust Simon to sell my homes. He’s honest, he’s always calm and very knowledgeable. I recommend Simon to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property

GoogleGreat help! Couldn’t recommend Simon and the JDW & Co team highly enough. In the past I have had very bad experiences with the process of purchasing a property. However, from day one of working with Simon, he was welcoming, transparent and very helpful every step of the way. I have found the process of buying my first property easy and have felt very supported by the whole team. GoogleShona Fraser in particular was excellent and got the flat let before it was even finished by the builders. Tenants are top quality and the entire office have always been very helpful even when I was just popping in for advice prior to instructing them. Highly recommend John D Wood, St Margarets.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up buying through John D Wood, we (my wife and I) were thoroughly impressed by John D Wood generally and, in particular, Simon Philip. They really were the best agents we dealt with. I would strongly recommend them and expect to use them when we sell our house.

GoogleThank you so much for the great team effort in selling our house and securing our new house, I'm writing this so you can hopefully use some of it as a testimonial Downsizing is always difficult as it feels like an end of an era, so it is especially important to have the right team in place From the original valuation by Jessica, where her positive yet firm and knowledgable attitude won the listing, we never wavered in our support as we could see that she and Simon always knew what was happening before we asked the questions. Jack came in at the end on our purchase and the way that the whole team pulled together as one was really reassuring. No question too silly and nothing was too much trouble. I felt that I was their only client. I have bought and sold 11 properties over the years and this is the best experience ever (and this is despite it being a very painful chain). If I could, I'd persuade people to move and get them to use John D Wood, just so that their impression of 'Estate Agents' can be changed for ever ! Jessica, Simon and Jack delivered the goods, and John D Wood should do all they can to hang on to them

GoogleWe have used JDW's services (previously Faron Sutaria) for a number of years now. We have always found them very competent, helpful and friendly. Our latest experience with James Mooney, Talullah Jackson and Toby Gooding at the Fulham branch has not disappointed us. They go an extra mile to be accomodating. We would highly recommend them.

They found a perfect buyer for the property and were incredibly professional at all stags of the process, helping to bring the sale smoothly to completion. GoogleI am editing my review after many horrible experiences with their Management Company and after living in the flat for 5 months. The management side of the business is completely incompetent and unhelpful. This results in frustrated tenants and landlords receiving bad value for money. I would caution renting a flat that is managed by this firm. Original Post: We had a very positive experience working with John D Wood Lettings from start to finish. Our agent, James Mooney, was especially patient with us, ensuring we were able to negotiate dates, times and changes we requested and being highly personable throughout. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleI have dealt with Faron Sutaria (which was acquired by John D. Wood) for renting a flat in SW London. Toby from the Fulham office has been really excellent in sorting everything out, Rita was amazing for management related issues etc. All in all, best agency by far I had the pleasure dealing with during my 5 year stint in London. I truly recommend them.

GoogleJD Wood had tried unsuccessfully to let my flat at the start of the year. We then agreed for them to take it off the market while I did holiday let's and put it back on the market in September. They just got hold of me to ask if I had any gaps to show people around. I replied giving them dates but saying I wasn't aware of them having it on the market. They replied saying it was just on the internal website. This I found out to be untrue as it was also on rightmove and had never been taken off. It was on the last page as by now very stale. For a flat that had never had a void and is letting very well on short let's it's not very good to of not had any show arounds till now for several months when it was meant to be off the market. I won't be using JD Wood in the future.
