GoogleHaving moved abroad I wanted reassurance that the property I rent out in the UK was in reliable hands. John D Wood proved to be excellent letting agents by keeping me informed at every stage. The property needed quite a lot of work doing before I could let it. The agent found me reliable contractors and helped get the property to a high standard for letting. The tenants J D Wood found are extremely happy with the property. They have been no trouble and always pay the rent on time.
