I would rank John D Wood lettings by far the most professional of the agencies we have used to date and we have used several due to the nature of my husbands work. The staff have a mature, reassuring attitude suggesting any problems could and would be handled with the minimum of fuss and without delay. How true this turned out to be! Thank you Celia!!

We were genuinely impressed by John D Wood when looking for a rental property recently. We had a complex set of requirements, but the Lettings Negotiator went out of her way to find suitable properties for us and to think creatively about possible solutions. Really great customer service.

Our experience with John D Wood & Co was excellent. Moving is stressful enough as it is, and our situation was particularly complicated, but Lucie Wood made every effort on our behalf to ensure we succeeded finding our home, and we cannot praise her and them highly enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have had an extremely good experience finding -- and keeping -- a letting with John D Wood. Jackie Smith found us a perfect home in the right location, and she and the team have been terrific in responding promptly to various requests on our side. I have dealt with several letting agents in Oxford, and my experience with Jackie was the best. She really went above and beyond both during our move and afterwards.

As Letting agencies go, John D Wood & Co Lettings is by far the most professional and helpful that I have ever dealt with, bar none! Jackie Smith went out of her way to make sure everything went perfectly at not only the initial viewing, where she explained all the details of The Pillar House, but also at two further viewings (for my family members) and for our moving in day. Jackie always responded very promptly to my numerous emails and phone calls and made what could have been a difficult letting experience a very easy and rewarding process. Well done John D Wood & Co Lettings and well done Jackie Smith!

While ultimately we found the perfect flat through another agent, my husband and I decided that we were deciding on personality and helpfulness of the agent alone, we'd have definitely gone with Muryam of Faron Sutaria!

Dealt with a man named Damien Saunders and whilst we didnt let with Faron Sutaria, I just wanted to let them know that he was professional, courteous and genuinely wanted to help. Offering me new places and giving a proper view on questions I asked him. Thank you for your help, great agent.

Thank you so much Charlotte (Chelsea branch) for helping us find our wonderful apartment. I was led to believe that finding a rental property in August would be a nightmare. Not at all. You were so helpful and positive that looking at properties was exciting rather than a chore. I was impressed that you listened to what we wanted and managed to be able to limit our search to properties that we loved. Thank you so much for your professionalism and friendliness.

Everything went really smoothly for us with this agency, they found us a great flat really close to our school, the place was perfectly clean when we moved in, and they managed to give us the length of contract we needed, which was a huge relief for students like us who don't need a 12 months contract. The agents are really nice and everything was done really quickly. I hope I will get to find my next flat with this agency again !

I am a first time tenant, so it was a tad stressful going through the whole process. It really helped that the customer service we received was of a very high standard, many thanks to Blaire Fletcher for that. The information and guidance that we received was simply exemplary. We are now living happily with a great landlord.

Faron Sutaria's service is second to none. After viewing around 40 properties in 7 days from other time wasting estate agents showing your round everything that they had keys for, my patients were beginning to wear thin. Walking in Faron Sutaria I was greeted with friendly customer service from a gentleman called Damien who had a genuine interest in the exact type of property and price you are looking for. After giving all my requirements I was shown round 6 properties which were exactly what I was looking. They were all of excellent quality and value for money and from there I was spoilt for choice! After choosing our new place the paperwork was very straight forward and a pleasure to complete. The keys were ready to collect on time and the after sales service is also excellent with handy men happy to fix small repairs upon request. No time wasting, no fuss, a light at the end of the tunnel for people looking to rent properties in London Greg (West Kensington)

After searching for properties online for a few days after we moved from Australia, we came across Faron Sutaria's Fulham office by chance, and a lucky bit of chance it was. We dealt with Damien who demonstrated the utmost professionalism (whilst still being highly personable) and got us into our ideal dwelling within a matter of days with an equally friendly and accommodating landlord. Damien really listened to our requests and offered us suitable alternatives, but was never pushy or forceful. He was transparent throughout the whole process and made the task of relocating very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Damien and the Faron Sutaria letting team to anybody looking to rent or let their property and will be sure to deal with them for all of our future real estate needs.

We bought a flat in West Kensington and after dealing with local letting agents in West Kensington, as advised, and getting little feedback from them, we decided to go to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham and were immediately reassured that they had tenants who were interested in the area, looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat and within 2 days we had a firm offer at asking price from Faron Sutaria. I dealt with Blair and Tanya, who were absolutely superb and very efficient. The information and advice we were given was clear and concise and the letting contract was signed and delivered on time. I have recommended Faron Sutaria to many friends and they have equally been impressed.

We received the highest standard of service throughout the application process and the staff at Faron Sutaria are reliable, friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Faron Sutaria and will 100% be using the company again for my next rental property...they are without a doubt the best agent I have come across.

Searching for a flat in London is never easy. You end up meeting dozens of lettings agents, and only a few of them stand out as truly professional. Damien Saunders at Faron Sutaria ended up being my local hero who took more than enough time to understand our needs and show us places that we would truly consider living in, not just everything in their portfolio. He is kind, patient, always available, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a let in Fulham.
