GoogleAs a first time tenant I was extremely anxious of the whole experience, but the team at Faron Sutaria and in particular Blaire Fletcher handled the process in a professional and courteous manor. Not only did we find suitable and affordable accommodation within Fulham we were partnered with a responsible Landlord. All in all the other tenants and myself have received a great service from Faron Sutaria.

GoogleIn one word 'Excellence' After poor service over the years from various estate agents in Bookham & Leatherhead, we stumbled across John D Wood & Co in Cobham. The service received is of a standard most unexpected and we would like to say a special thanks to James Mumford who is extremely helpful, professional & polite. GoogleMy wife and I spent roughly a month searching for a flat, ended up in contact with approximately 10-15 agents at various agencies and no one was nearly as impressive as Sam Pierotti at John D Wood. She was the hardest working, most thoughtful and personable agent, by far, and is probably the best agent we've ever worked with in our eight years in London. It was a absolute pleasure working with her. Tim Lawler was very attentive and helpful as well.

GoogleWe viewed a property through John D Wood & Co. Lettings in battersea and we where given excellent advice on how to secure the property which was exactly what we where looking for. Our offer was quickly accepted thanks to the hard work of the staff at the branch and we where moved in within a couple of days of putting down an offer, even though we had to change the terms of the agreement within these two days. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to rent in the area Thanks Emma Sudgen

It took a while to close the deal but Tanya was very patient, helpful and professional through the process. John D Wood & Co had a good selection of properties, catered to what we were looking for and found us a great place. Very happy to recommend John D Wood & Co.

No minute is missed, always treated with the greatest care and seriousness. Chris Bolton King, from The Summertown branch, Oxford, has been extremely courteous giving the best advices and always prompt to my many questions of a mother not to sure to either sell or rent. Each time, the non patronising replies come flooding with extreme generosity and fab guidance. Thank-you!

GoogleDo not let with this agent! At least the person I dealt with is totally unreliable and forgetfull (for example he called me to obtain a signed contract which I personally had delivered to his office 5 days ago), tricked me in a flat without bed (giving prior written confirmation over all phases that there would be a bed in the flat but tricking me because the final contract which just stated half furnished according to the inventory and I ended up sleeping on my sofa), pushy and unhelpful. Even on the day before handover the keys suddenly disappeared and reappeared, they kept to sets of keys and one of the flat keys I received was so poorly cut that I had task a locksmith to exchange the lock to get into the apartment. I'm an Expat and the head of marketing & CRM of a global corporation and I do understand process and people issues in services like lettings. But in this case I've tasked my legal department to check whether the company Faron Sutaria can be held accountible for the agent's lies and tricks.
