I couldn’t thank David at the Docklands branch enough for his outstanding support throughout our property rental journey. This has genuinely been the best experience we’ve ever had with an estate agent. He was always quick to respond, highly proactive, and incredibly effective at solving any issues that came up. Advice on sale of flat

I went to the Docklands branch and spoke to Tushar about the sale of my property. A very constructive meeting - Tushar clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, which really put me at ease, (thankfully, as I know from experience how stressful selling one’s home can be). I came away with a good idea of how I want to move forward and checklist of the things that need to be done. Definitely worth considering paying a visit to John D Wood + Co if you are thinking of selling up.

Not that I have been purchasing homes left and right, I had a lot of experience by now from interacting with estate agents. The amount of detail Wai Yee was able to relay about the historical property is simply amazing. Although the property itself was amazing from the first sight, Wai's introduction was a big part of finding our home. He was involved in every step of the process, very professional, keen on helping both sides equally and remaining fair to both seller and us at the same time.
