Damien promised he would find me and my girlfriends a house. He didn't just find us a house but he found one we love. Really smooth process and complete with a smile. Will defiantly approach Damien again if we needed too. Thank you!

I have recently sold my house with Faron Sutaria in Fulham in what turned out to be volatile and quite tricky to handle market conditions. Lucy and the team were brilliant, advising me on price and approach and holding my hand through all the ups and downs of the sales process. I would definitely recommend.

The service I received from Damien Saunders at the Fulham branch was top rate. Explanations of details were clear, upfront and honest about fees etc and provided the perfect level/balance of assistance by always being at the end of the phone, without being pushy. By far the best experience I've had from a lettings agent.

After approaching a number of estate agents to help find a flat to rent, I was most impressed by Faron Sutaria in Fulham, and specifically with our negotiater Muryam. She actually listened to what we wanted and what our budget was, and was flexible with timings of when we could view - whereas most other estate agents had continually shown me properties that were over budget and nothing like what we wanted. We've now found the flat we've been looking for and can't wait to move in - thank you to Muryam for all her help!

I recently rented an apartment with Faron Sutaria (via Damien Saunders) and found the process to be a great experience compared to other agencies I've dealt with in the past. They were great at keeping in contact, very friendly and I'd recommend anyone using them in the future.

I was very impressed with Faron Sutaria Lettings. After weeks of searching, numerous visits and interminable phone calls, my friend and I decided to randomly walk to the nearest estate agent office we could find and try our luck. And lucky we were, it took barely 20 minutes before the office found us 3 beautiful flats, all of which met our needs! Not only this but they managed to get us in contact with the owner and negotiated us a deal in 24hrs, handing us the keys 2 days later! Overall I am very pleased with Faron Sutaria Lettings. Their staff was professional, friendly and offered much needed advice and help, which greatly contrasted to other estate agents who pushed us to take the first thing they showed us and criticised us if we didn't. Thank you again!!

Outstanding service. After seeing many flats in the area which did not suit me, Faron Sutaria showed me three great flats, each better than the last. The agent, Damien, was not pushy like many other agents trying desperately to let their mediocre flats. Instead he was friendly, well informed and went above and beyond to help us expedite the process. I highly recommend this service.

I am a landlord and I have used Faron Sutaria for over a year to find tenants for our flat. There are many things that have impressed me about Faron Sutaria in Fulham but the most valuable thing for me has been having the continuity of staff. So many other agencies have fast staff turnover and you can never build a relationship with the letting agent. This has not been my experience at Faron Sutaria and Tanya has been such a support through two tenancies. Not only is she super efficient but she anticipates my needs and is sympathetic and understanding. I have been crossing my fingers that she stays for a long time. I highly recommend this agency and I think Tanya is a gem !

When my partner & I walked into Faron Sutaria looking for our first place to rent together, we knew straight away that Muryam was the perfect agent for us. Not only did she understand what we were after and actually listened to our budget & criteria, but she was genuinely willing to help us as best she could. And the outcome was 100% ! Such a personable, warm and friendly agent, she is an asset to what is very clearly a fantastic real estate agency. We couldn't be happier with the service at F.S and look forward to our tenancy! Shout out to Damien as well, for being patient & making us feel at home :)

The Faron Sutaria Lettings team in Fulham were a pleasure to work with. As a first time landlord, I was expecting to have to constantly chase or watch my back, but my experience was completely the opposite. Tanya, Dena and Damien were friendly, proactive and straight-talking from start. Their competence and manner made the process easy and pain free. I would highly recommend them.

Faron Sutaria and Damien are fantastic. Looking for our first rental in Fulham was proving rather more difficult than we had anticipated. Trying to find a ground floor flat with outside space for my cats to live in the middle of summer was a very tall order. Faron Sutaria had the perfect place, were able to show us round within hours and had secured us the property within 24 hours. Damien has been extremely responsive and friendly even when I have done nothing but pester him. I would recommend both the Company and individual to anyone.

I found a fantastic home within one week since I arrived to the UK! I would like to thank Damien for being so professional, reliable and flexible. He was friendly and confident, prompt with all the paper work and never pushy like many other agents. The property maintenance is outstanding: Gerry, the property manager, is a very responsible, multi-skilled and kind man. It is so great to feel secure and backed-up now, to focus on work and family and fully enjoy London! I'd cordially recommend Faron Sutaria service to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort :)

If you want an Estate Agent who defies ALL the stereotypes go to Tim Lawler at John D Wood in Chelsea. Charming, efficient, intelligent and totally CAN DO... I have a house in Chelsea which I have let for over 10 years and this is the first time I have actually worked with a Letting Agent whom I would both recommend, and remain loyal to.

Great service! Very helpful! I contacted John D Wood to view a property that I had seen online. Even though that specific property was already let my agent Will Saunders arranged some other viewing for me the same week and I only had to see one apartment to find exactly what I was looking for. Will was also very helpful in setting everything up with the contract, payments etc. and was available for any questions. Thank you!

Samantha Pierotti found us our lovely rented flat in Chelsea and showed it to us before it went on the market. She made the whole process enjoyable and painless, and we were able to complete within a couple of days. She helped us negotiate various furnishings with the landlord and we would not hesitate to recommend her.

I've made viewings for so many different flats in London and have dealt with many different agents and agencies. Certainly Katie @ John D Wood is amongst the best. Not only her constant positive attitude that always comforted me and my wife but also the ways in which she understood what we wanted and accordingly arranged viewings of our possible preference make her one of the best in our opinion. Thanks Katie once again.
