We recently sold our flat on Redcliffe Gardens thanks to the hard work and persistence of George Henderson. Its an incredibly difficult market at the moment and very price sensitive. Having put the property on with some of the other big name agencies, George really worked hard and managed to obtain a great offer from an oversees buyer, and really sat on top of the whole process and was great during the negotiation period and when the lawyers needed a push. Its now the second property we have sold with them and they have become my go-to agent. Great job guys

"The best real estate team in Oxford". I've purchased two houses from JDW, and each time their service was professional and excellent. I am Chinese and I've moved to UK three years ago. I have recently re-located with my family to the Oxford area from North Yorkshire for work and personal reasons. I decided to rent for a year to get to know the area before committing to purchasing a house. I contacted John D Wood & Co in Oxford about renting a property and they couldn't have been more helpful. We are using John D Wood to rent our 4-bed property in Chilton. We initially dealt with John d Wood as were were tenants ourselves. We purchased our own property and due to us relocating internationally, we had to rent our house out. We had not even considered anyone else to manage our rental. We had repeated excellent service from Jackie, ​Ceilia and Janine. The process of facilitating a clean and stress-free exit for our departing tenants, was efficient and very professional. It is especially important as we live abroad and want to ensure our property is well taken care of and left in good order, for the next tenants. Jackie and the team and John D Wood also did an excellent job at finding us new tenants and the property was occupied with two weeks. Their excellent service, especially their frequent communication and keeping us up to date with the marketing plan and progress, was of great help.
