GoogleWe rented our house through John D Wood &Co Oxford who handled the process with exceptional professionalism: they were fast, responsive and made sure everything goes smooth. Carol Errington and her team have showed that they value us as tenants, and have the same consideration for our temporary home as we do. They are also the ones managing the property and that has really changed our experience as tenants, as they made sure we don't have to worry about anything. In the scenario when repairs were needed, they were extremely prompt and accommodating! If we have to move again, we will definitely try to do it through them!

GoogleExcellent experience working with Shay who is easily the best estate agent I have encountered in London. He went out of his way to be available at all times on his mobile, often on weekends to manage the significantly challenging task of finding and securing a property for 5 young people, on a budget, flat sharing in the the West Kensington/Barons Court area. Always organised and very clear about what needs to be done to move forward. He also manages expectations well and keeps working towards the best possible solution whenever a problem surfaces.

GoogleWe have to say the level of service at this estate agent is above and beyond anything we have experienced before, absolute 10/10! The most helpful staff going, James helped us with everything we were concerned about from start to finish ensuring we were happy all the way through. Best of all we were struggling to get all our belongings to the top floor so James offered to meet us out of office hours to load all of ur things up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

GoogleWe have recently used Faron Sutaria to rent a property and James was our Lettings Negotiator. James was brilliant throughout the entire process. He was really helpful, answered all our questions and was honest with us. Everything was handled really professionally and no question was too small! Everyone at FS has been great, but massive thanks to James - you made it an easy experience and we would definitely use FS again!

They were very professional and responsive and dealt with all the matters typical of such processes in a very swift and professional way. GoogleMy husband and I rent a flat through from Faron Sutaria Estate Agency. James Mooney was the letting negotiator who helped us with the documents, flat viewing and the contract. So far, we really liked his service (as well as the others employees), which was really professional and efficient. Hopefully our check out will be as effective as our check in. GoogleDespite a very difficult market following Brexit, Toby was able to secure high quality tenants for my house in Fulham. Toby was extremely reliable, provided valuable assessment of the situation and constant communication. He went the extra mile to sort everything out making myself and the tenant very happy. The entire leasing process went very smoothly thanks to his great expertise, passion, and communication. I will recommend him and any other agent with Faron Sutaria's Fulham office over any other agency in the area and truly appreciate how everything was handled. Thanks for the great job

GoogleI have recently appointed Faron Sutaria to help us finding suitable tenants for our property. The service provided by James and Toby was exceptional. They are by far the best letting agents I have ever worked with. They are incredibly professional in managing the viewings, maintaining regular communication and keeping both my husband and I fully updated. GoogleAlexandra Cheeseman was such a great broker to work with, especially for someone new to London. She was very patient with us as my husband and I had to make decisions from abroad and see properties separately. She did a great job of compiling properties that were exactly what we wanted, and in our price range. Alexandra was also so very professional. Before working with her, my husband and I reached out to a few other brokers whom either dropped the ball, inundated us with properties that didn't make sense for us, or did not follow up when asked. Alexandra was always prompt to respond, thorough and clearly cares a lot about her work. Not only did she help us find the right apartment, she also helped us after we signed our lease with questions we had about getting settled. We were lucky to find Alexandra!!

Alexandra C and Amy W from the South Kensington branch made my search for (and move into) my new home both structured, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I strongly recommending them to anyone who is considering a move and want to do it in the smoothest way without headaches or stress. They immediately sorted out any request or query that I have had, whilst keeping me in the loop meanwhile (even from going out of their way to find me exactly the sofa I want and ordering it, to remembering things I had mentioned during the flat viewing that I wanted to keep to make sure that I got it). This move was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had over my many years in London. Thank you and keep up the great work!
