Used to be a good company, Faron Sutaria. I really miss those guys. Thank you to all the team at property management and also lettings. It was great great. You feel like they really cared about everything. Since the merger, I think the teams have changed, and now property management is not as good. It's gone more 'corporate'. Lettings is still ok. What happened to the office on Old Brompton Road? Sad.

I have been looking for a flat in the South Kensington area, but had a few important constraints that limited my options quite a bit - I have two dogs, and needed a place with either a balcony or a garden, and that was also pet friendly. I was helped by Mr. Sebastian Aquilino at the Gloucester Road John D Wood, who was very determined and persistent in trying to find a nice flat for me. He was very quick to understand the standard and style that I was looking for, and though we looked at quite a few options before finding the final one, all of them were exactly the style that I wanted. I find this to be a very valuable skill in this business. I am currently in the referencing part of the process, but everything has been uneventful and straightforward. I'd like to thank the whole team at John D Wood in South Kensington and in particular Umar and Angelo for introducing a buyer and working together with all parties (solicitors, managing agents, freeholders, buyer and vendor) in a friendly, personalised and dedicated way from start to finish. Although the whole process - from offer and sales memorandum till exchange of contracts and completion of the sale at the agreed price - took approximately 12 weeks, Umar and Angelo have always kept me informed of every single step towards achieving a successful sale. I rented a flat through their agency for a year. They sent me the check-in inventory 9 months after the beginning of my rental agreement, after many fights with them because they DIDN’T know who had it.
