GoogleBy far the best experience we have had with an estate agent to rent out our flat in years. Louna was absolutely incredible - professional, organised, responsive and a total delight to deal with. We chose her after she and another agent valued a flat for us. The other agent was very pushy and money-grabbing whereas Louna gave a very fair and realistic price for the flat and was totally honest with us. She was very sensitive with our existing tenant regarding show-rounds as the tenant had health issues. She sensed when something wasn't right with one potential tenant and wisely acted on this. She helped with finding cleaners, inventory clerks etc and organised everything beautifully so that the new tenancy was as smooth as it could possibly be. We have a lovely new tenant now thanks to Louna. I couldn't recommend her and Julia more highly.

GoogleI recently worked with Jessie. I've worked with many agents and none have been more personable than Jessie. As a renter this is extremely important as the London market is very competitve and moves very quickly. Having someone listen to your needs and put in the effort to meet those needs goes a long way. Jessie was extremely communicative and prompt. I will certaintly be reaching out to her for my next move!

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Jessie at John D. Wood to find our first flat in London, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first (of a few different) showings throughout signing for our flat, every single person we worked with at John D. Wood was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process; especially considering we were new to the unique intricacies of renting in the United Kingdom. Jessie went so far above and beyond to understand our specific needs, preferences, and timeline, and was incredibly responsive to answer any question we had. Being new to the United Kingdom and London, her knowledge of different neighbors and renting practices was hugely helpful. We never felt pressured to make a decision on a flat and appreciated her patience as we explored different options. It felt like Jessie trusted the relationship we had built and trusted the quality of their units to find a place we loved, rather than feeling the need to sell us on a place that we didn’t. That was such a refreshing experience and one that made all of the difference. We knew that if we were taking time to view a flat, it was a potential winner. Ultimately, Jessie helped us find the perfect flat that exceeded our expectations in every way. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and genuine care for us. She made what can be a stressful experience, very much enjoyable and exciting. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor in London, we highly recommend Jessie and John D. Wood.

GoogleI spoke with Eddie for a flat just come on the market, he said he will contact tenant for access after waiting 1 day never heard back in fact I called back 3 times in a space of 2 days, I was really disappointed to find out that his colleague has managed to get people into the flat and accept offers. This is very disappointing he took too long trying to get access while his colleague managed to do so and let the apartment. He didn’t even know that the flat was Let afterwards, I had to find out on Zoopla that the flat was Let. As an agent you need to be on the ball, unfortunately I had an agent who didn’t.

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with John D Wood, with any questions / issues I’ve raised having been addressed attentively and in a very timely manner. In particular, Sardar has been a great property manager - very helpful and attentive, quick to respond to any query, always happy to help, reassuring during a boiler breakdown crisis (!) and friendly. I would very happily seek the property services of both Sardar and John D Wood again.

GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the service provided by John D Wood! Especially, I want to commend the agent who assisted me, Milli Vallance. Not only did she help me find my dream rental property, but she was also incredibly prompt in responding to my messages. Milli patiently handled all my rental inquiries with a friendly attitude. I feel fortunate to have come across such a remarkable agent and I highly recommend her to everyone! It had been nearly half a year since I started my house hunt, and I couldn't find the perfect place until Milli Vallance efficiently secured my favorite house. I am incredibly grateful to her. To Milli's manager, if you happen to see this, please consider giving her a raise (hahaha, she truly deserves it)! Lastly, I sincerely wish John D Wood and Milli all the best and continued success.
