Did not do a good job with our sale. Half the viewings were FAKE. Do not use. Lednor sold our property with one viewing. They now look like have changed name to (Fine and County) are useless.

I have recently had the pleasure of using intercounty to sell my property in Bishops Stortford. I would like to share my experience as they were truly fantastic, and a pleasure to talk to. All intercounty staff were very polite and friendly, and nothing was ever to much trouble. I enjoyed talking to Doug who worked extremely hard to progress the sale of my house. I had an initial meeting with Will and he gave me some great advice and help. I would consider both Doug and Will to be friends I have made along the journey of my house sale. I would not hesitate to use Intercounty again and I would highly recommend Will, Doug and all the team. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience and I wish you all the very best in either the sale of your house or purchasing a new home.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. My situation was particularly challenging due to an acrimonious divorce, but Aaron from Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth, and his fantastic team, handled the sale of my home with a level of dedication, care, and commitment I didn’t think was possible in this field. When the initial sale fell through due to the buyers, they sprang into action immediately. By the weekend, I had three new offers, and within two months, the house was sold! If you live in an area where Intercounty operates, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.
