Absolutely amazing service. The Great Barr branch was incredibly helpful with finding me my first property to buy. From arranging a viewing all the way through to completing the sale, Jamie and Nichola in particular was very efficient and always kept me updated. Even though I wasn’t always able to access them over the phone, whenever I came into the branch, the staff always made time to answer any queries or concerns I had. I even received a thoughtful package once I collected my new keys to my new home which added a nice touch! I highly recommend this estate agents
