We recently sold our house and bought our new house through Green & Co. We loved the virtual tour feature on both houses and found it so helpful to use the measuring tool for the new house. The management of viewings was great- communication was effective and really clear. Whenever we called for updates, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely amazing service. The Great Barr branch was incredibly helpful with finding me my first property to buy. From arranging a viewing all the way through to completing the sale, Jamie and Nichola in particular was very efficient and always kept me updated. Even though I wasn’t always able to access them over the phone, whenever I came into the branch, the staff always made time to answer any queries or concerns I had.
