Very friendly and on the ball when they want your business. Initially had to make 3-4 phone calls to have all the mistakes (12 photos that were repetitive, incorrect descriptions on at least 3 of the rooms, incorrect floor plan for downstairs) on the websites rectified to give accurate description of property. When I called to advise that we would not be using their recommended solicitors due to cost, the agent we'd been dealing with never bothered with us again and we had to make phone calls to them for updates. Only found out we had a viewing during a chase up call! However, during any contact with the staff, they were all very pleasant and courteous. As I stated in an email to them, they were very on the ball when it came to sending their invoice!! No response.....

I have never actual bought or sold a house through this company but I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company in a chain (a very dysfunctional chain) unfortunately for us or buyers pulled out for no reason at the last minute, I cant let that reflect on the hard work and determination Claire & Co put in.

For the last six months Greens have been dealing with the sale of my Mothers property. I am extremely disappointed with the communication and feedback received. I would not recommend this to anyone.

AVOID.... Ive been interested in a few Greens properties recently to find they are selling them using modern day auction methods, which are a nightmare and incur additional costs and fees before securing the property. I didn’t bother putting in an offer and instead walked away. Why can’t they just sell houses like everyone else?? Is it because this method generates more profit for Greens and leaves everyone else out of pocket??

99% of our properties are sold in the traditional way. The properties that are entered in to an auction are done so based on the instructions that we we receive from our client. Purchasing a property at auction has always carried additional fees that are incurred by the purchaser. However, all buyers are made aware of these fees before any commitment to purchase has been made. There are many benefits buying at an auction most notably would be the fact that the buyer obtains the sellers commitment to sell immediately. We accept that buying a property at auction isn't for everybody and we are sorry that you feel the way that you do. As stated earlier most of our properties are not sold via an auction and our branch staff would be more than happy to help you, find a suitable property, that isn't being sold at auction.

After considerable research we decided to appoint Greens as our Estate Agents. Mark valued our property and assured us that Green's would ' hold our hands every step of the way'. From the very start they have been professional and have kept us informed every step of the way. They kept us informed of all viewings by phone and a reminder email and provided us valuable feedback after the viewings were completed. Everyone in the office is so friendly, special thanks to Naz and Lindy and also to Kate and Geraldine for ensuring that we only had genuine prospective buyers viewing our property and of course Mark. No time wasters, thank goodness. They have provided honest and impartial information about solicitors, removal companies and arranged for the EPC.
