I was pleased with Green & Company Boldmere and would recommend them because they managed my sale and purchase with calm professionalism and the third-party solicitors and mortgage broker they recommended provided a good, affordable service. Their whole process from beginning to end was smooth, well-communicated, and professional. At no point did I feel like I needed to "manage" the estate agents and they were also available to answer my queries about the process and next steps so I felt in control and prepared - there are enough spinning plates with buying/selling a house but I was able to almost ignore the estate agency part of it, confident that Green & Co. were working on my behalf in the background.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We used Green & Co to market our property as slightly apprehensive first time landlords. They were helpful at all stages and we secured a tenant on the second day after advertising the property for let. They did all the legal work securing a tenant, setting up a contract and auditing the property. I can not reccomend this company to rent out your property! They don't respond to emails or voicemails. Only department I can get a response from is Sales, who can't help with lettings. Very disappointing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I can confirm that she has passed on your information to the Lettings department and I guarantee that someone from within the Letting department will call you this morning. Kind regards Paul Green and Company Having looked into your complaint and spoken to the lettings department, I can see from our phone records that Charlie Barker talked to you on the 17th May and Amy Grieves took your contact details when you visited the office the same week. I fail to understand why you have elected to write reviews about a lack of contact when this is not the case. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any suitable properties that allow dogs, but should we list a suitable property in the future, our lettings division will contact you.

Dear Sellers, I request to go with a company that follows up your house sale enquiries well and they don't respond or get back to us as a buyer. Even after chasing them so many times they don't respond at all. Very poor service to buyers and it will definitely put the buyers off. We recently sold through Green and Company and they were brilliant throughout. We had been on with a couple of agents but had no luck selling our flat and viewings were few and far between until Green and Company and in particular Jacquie Harvey took over. I was very pleased with the hard work and dedication put in not only to sell our property but also to help the sale advance and complete. There were a few issues along the way especially as our buyers were based in Hong Kong and without Jaquie helping I don't think the sale would have gone through, definitely not as smoothly as it did.
