GoogleHighly recommend Green & Co for selling your property. On meeting Gemma at my property to discuss a valuation, taking photos and listing the property, I felt that Green and Co were professional and took care of my needs to achieving a sale. Angela, Claire and Donna were brilliant throughout ensuring someone was always at the end of the phone when I had a question. This made the process more efficient and kept everyone in the chain informed at every stage. Great service from start to finish! 👌

GoogleThe Rental Team especially Malcolm Goes are the most professional team of letting / property management people that I have come across. I used to be in this industry many years ago and know what it takes to provide a full service and to have happy tenants and landlords alike. Everything was well explained and nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm or the rest of the team. Malcolm has excellent local knowledge and was even able to offer us advise on village activities including the up coming beer festival at the village hall.
Graham what a glowing review, thank you so much. We all thrive from positive feedback and clearly Malcolm's local knowledge was a great help. We all hope you soon settle into your new home and that the beer festival is the ideal introduction to your new community!

GoogleWent on with Greens estate agent Castle Bromwich all seemed good from the sign up period until the photos were taken and sent to us and we had no floor space for the garage then was told you don’t live in the garage finally they came back to do it Buyers came asked agent if the price is negotiable even though it was offers over agent said that’s the price non negotiable we had already told the agent verbally and by email OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED three potential buyers and suddenly no interest could not even contact some of buyers yet one purchased the property across the road £15k dearer well what can I say couldn’t wait to get my property off my opinion is don’t go there BAD that’s my experience yours might be BETTER. Spoke to the MD and he wasn’t bothered either Stars Minus is not enough
Thank you for leaving a review. As per our email conversation, I'm sorry we weren't able to sell your home. All the best for the future.
