We have recently moved and used another estate agents who are based in Sutton Coldfield. Whilst they were immensely disappointing, Green & Co. (who handled the sale of the property above us in the chain) were fantastic; not just in terms of keeping the chain moving but crucially in terms of communicating with us and following up on our questions. In particular, Jacquie was tremendously helpful and - despite us not being customers of Green & Co. - went out of her way to assist our chain and to keep us informed. We would without a doubt go for Green & Co. if we were to move again, and very much regretted not having used them on this occasion.

Everyone at Greens worked so hard to secure my sale and purchase. They were friendly and honest throughout the profess and were easy to talk to and communicate with that they really took the stress out of the process. I'd recommend them to others looking to buy/sell.

Green & Co have been by far the best Estate Agents I have dealt with - far outweighing the competition - thanks to the calibre of staff who work there. Jacquie, the Branch Manager, has delivered excellent service throughout my property search. Thanks to her attentiveness, diligent nature, and communication skills, I have secured a fabulous property. Great service from Jonathan, Jacquie & all the team at both Sutton & Boldmere Branches. From initial visit & valuation to completion of both sale and purchase every step of the process was managed perfectly taking all the stress. Always very responsive & called back when promised.We first used Green & co nearly 25 years ago & are pleased to say the same ethos of outstanding professionalism & customer service still exists. From the very start of my home buying journey, the team at Greens have been amazing. They have held my hand through what could otherwise have been an extremely stressful experience and they have made things seamless and transparent. Communication has been excellent and I have felt the whole way through that they have made the vendors and I feel that we’re working towards a shared goal. I would highly recommend greens to anyone buying or selling their home. Could not name a single fault.

The service I have received from Green & Co has been outstanding from the moment I viewed the property I wanted right through to the day I picked up my keys. I mainly spoke with Jacquie along the way and she was fantastic and kept me updated regularly about how everything was progressing. Luis was also kind enough to meet me at the property before it was officially mine and let me in to measure the bedrooms, so I could order some furniture. If you're looking for excellent service then I definitely recommend Green & Co. Thank you Jacquie, Luis and the rest of the team for all your help :)

Green & Co, and in particular Harriet and Chris have been amazing with my recent moved into a leased apartment. Harriet continually went above and beyond to help me with any queries, and she was particularly amazing with my daughter who has special needs - Harriet helped to make sure my daughter was comfortable and happy at viewings and when we visited the Wantage branch. Chris has also been very helpful, I had a couple of queries once I moved into the property and Chris immediately responded and resolved my queries. I would highly recommend buying/selling/leasing though Green & Co.

Avoid!!! We rented a property "managed" by Greens for years. Absolutely useless - never sort out repairs quickly, always blame the landlord for delays. Staff seem to have the can't be bothered attitude. So glad I never have to deal with them again.

Second experience of selling via Greens Sutton Office under Jacquie Harvey and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough . In particular Jacquie’s professionalism and communication skills were outstanding and key to securing a good buyer and getting the sale over the line , definitely 5 stars !
