We have recently sold our house with Green & Co and if you're thinking of selling, then I'd absolutely recommend using this company. We felt thoroughly well looked after from first contact all the way through viewings, offer, survey, exchange and completion. I have to say that it's the first time the estate agent I've used paid so much attention through the whole process, as well as adding real value in simplifying communications during exchange and completion stages. We're exceptionally happy with the team at Green & Co: Tara, Jonathan and Jacquie especially, and feel fortunate we found and used such a reliable and professional company. We couldn't have received better service!

We had the pleasure of Jacquie Harvey looking after us when we bought our first home. My partner and I couldn’t have wished for anyone better to see the process through even though Jacquie wasn’t actually acting for us. Jacquie was extremely friendly and informative and helped us with all the queries we had when purchasing our house. We were having particular difficulties with our own solicitors which was smoothed over through Jacquie’s input to get the deal over the line. She was very reliable and we would recommend her to anyone who is buying their house with Greens. If we need an estate agent in the future, we will definitely by using Green Mere Green. We got there in the end. In the space of 11 months our house was only really on the market for less than 3 weeks. Green & Co definately helped with the footfall. After the first 2 attempts, time wasters, the 3rd was a success. All I have to say is, Pure class! well done Charlotte and Hilary. Their knowledge and experience was first class. I have had the best experience with the Green & Co, Walmley Office. My flat was not selling and Mark contacted me again after I had gone with alternative estate agents initially. Mark had no issues with coming on board as a second estate agent and it was sold in under two weeks. They were quick, efficient, I was able to contact them whenever I needed to. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I had support and advice along the way. I was especially happy with the friendly and supportive nature of the team involved. Hillary was involved at completion stage and talked me through things and supported me when I was quite emotional about leaving my flat and moving away from Birmingham for a new life in Devon!!….helping me to process the emotions involved in a house move. I don't even think Green's estate agents at Castle Bromwich even deserve 1 star, but I cannot give zero. We where buying a property through this branch for 7 months, up until the end of January 2023, that was when our mortgage offer, which we had extended, ran out. The property we wished to buy still had not gone through by then, so we could not continue. No one at the branch showed any concern, the only time we even heard from the branch manager was an email after 7 months, stating a failed sale. They just did the bare minimum, then when we complained to the director, Mr Watkeys I received a very blunt reply, and he blamed everyone else, the sellers solicitor, the leasehold management company , but ofcourse, not the estate agents who where selling the flat. We lost our great mortgage rate, 2.5%, and still had to pay all our fees, all for nothing. So my advice is, don't use this estate agent to buy or sell, as if they had been truthful with the actual property management fees, which where double than what we where told we would not have even considered buying the property. And the fact that cannot be disputed by Greens, is that we only found out the real leasehold fees after 7 months of being in the buying process... on our final day of the mortgage offer running out, and our solicitor had no time to complete the necessary checks as there was no time left. In my opinion, this flat shouldn't have been put on the market until all the necessary paperwork was in place, and how on earth did it take 7 months for this to happen is a disgrace, and a waste of months of our time, and money. And to end the sale/fiasco, the flat went straight back on the market, and it was SSTC within 24 hours.
