We just completed our house purchase with Green &Co. Nichola was our agent and she was brilliant, can thank her enough for all the support. She was always at hand to help. At times throughout the legal process there was no update or she may have been awaiting a response from the sellers solicitor. However, she always returned calls and emails even where was no further update or changes. My previous experience with Estate Agents had not been positive but Nichola really exceeded all expectations, always a pleasure to speak to her.

Where do we start! We decided to move house around October 2022, having sold two properties with Greens previously, we had you out. Gemma came out and was very complimentary towards our property and believed she could sell it. She suggested going on before the New Year to avoid the rush, she was right, thankyou! What a pleasure it was having this company sell my house! I arranged a valuation and Gemma called at 12MD, gave a thorough market appraisal and valuation for my property. She said she may have someone on the books who would be interested and called the office. A viewing was arranged for 2pm and an offer had been received by 4pm, with an increased offer the following morning. You couldn’t make it up! Perfect estate agency work. Then followed the usual stressful conveyancing bit as solicitors do their thing! Donna kept me updated throughout in her usual caring, efficient way, always on the ball and letting me know of all movements as they happened (I’m sure she was born to do this job). Whenever I phoned or called in with queries all the staff were terrific and dealt with my concerns quickly and efficiently. In a nutshell, Gemma sold my house within a couple of hours of her first visit, and Donna and the team dealt with the conveyancing process perfectly through to completion. Priceless!!!
