GoogleThey have caused me so much stress, there failure to sort an issue has made sure I will never use 2 agents again, you shouldn't have to take your estate agent to court but this is where its heading

GoogleThe sale of my deceased parents home took over 12 months to complete due to issues along the way, I do not live in the UK, Shaz at the Great Barr branch was amazing, he kept me informed of every single detail no matter how small, he kept pushing to get the sale over the line, very professional, very helpful and understanding, nothing was too much trouble, Shaz made me feel that I was his only client.

GoogleHad a viewing today, travelled from out of Birmingham, was 5 minutes late, and the viewing agent had left without informing us. This is at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. Will be contacting manager Nicola!

GoogleI cannot recommend Green & Co enough !!! This is the 2nd time we have used them and yet again they were amazing !!! I often asked Green & Co to chase the buyer etc as they were far more efficient than the solicitors !! Nothing was ever to much trouble - I would have no hesitation in using them again !!!!

GoogleVery pleased with the service provided by Green's. Due to circumstances, we needed to get our property on the market quickly. A valuer visited the day following me contacting them, the day after that my property was on the market and the day after that we had an asking price offer. From start to finish of that process: 4 days. The photos were great and the virtual tour amazingly good. Throughout the process we were kept updated by Greens' very professional, friendly and courteous staff. Would highly recommend.
