Once you accept an offer the fun starts but fear not Hillary at Greens is an absolute diamond. Put simply the sale would have floundered without her. I can really recommend Charlotte, Hillary and the team at Greens Walmley.

Jemma valued the property spot on and we sold within 3 weeks..The support throughout was brilliant, Donna was especially helpful sorting out any questions i had, and liaising with the solicitors and the buyers where necessary..would definitely recommend Green&co to sell your property..

EDIT, I would like to formerly apologise to all the staff at the Great Barr branch of Greens estate agents for being tarred by my original review. My review was based on the Greens group as a whole, as I have tried to contact a number of their offices but not the Great Barr office, I have had no direct dealings with the staff at Great Barr what so ever and this review serves no relevance to them what so ever. I was mistaken in thinking this review page was for Greens as a whole, and failed to notice Google had taken me to my local offices page, which is indeed Great Barr Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused, I have deleted the original review and will delete this comment as soon as I feel it has been read by the team at Great Barr.

Hilary and the team have been amazing! We had a nightmare chain that took 14 months to move, but Hilary was there every step of the way (even though they were only our Seller's agent and not ours). We can't praise them enough and will definitely use them in the future if we move house again. 5*

The team handled the sale of my late mother and father’s house, and from the initial probate valuation to the finalisation of the sale, I couldn’t have wished for a more sensitive, professional and friendly handling of the whole sale process. My wife and I were constantly kept informed of viewings, offers and progress, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We will definitely be using Greens Four Oaks to market our own house next year
