GoogleOver the past month I’ve phoned estate agents and quite frankly their service is appalling . They either don’t pick up the phone or don’t get back to you at all. There is one exception - Greens This estate agent has got amazing customer service and they return calls and keep you updated . I would buy and sell a house managed by Greens all day long without any hesitation. A special mention to Angela Cleet in the Tamworth office - she’s super !!!

From the time I have instructed them, they have kept me updated on all the viewings and feedbacks. The team is amazing in communication within the company. GoogleRecently sold with greens great bar , from start to finish extremely helpful and also made the experience less stressful, Nicola & dee & Emma from the office gave us constant updates and sorted anything that needed sorting . And Paul who did the viewings was fantastic also . As a whole they are all a credit to the company . I would Highly recommend this branch if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.

GoogleI have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton Branch Manager and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in search of an estate agent who prioritises customer satisfaction above all else.

Special mention to Nicola Halliburton (branch manager) who since initial contract has been a joy to deal with, always greeted with a friendly sunny demeanour, always follows up and keeps you updated as promised, always speaks kindly of other parties and demonstrates a real understanding and empathy of people’s situations … Having worked in the property/finance industry for many years I have seen and experienced every level of service out there, dealing with agents, solicitors, accountants etc… its always easy to spot the people who genuinely care about the service they provide, right from the initial interaction I instantly knew I was in good hands, and my experience and journey as a customer dealing with Nicola and Green & Co thus far has been a real pleasure.
