Over the past month I’ve phoned estate agents and quite frankly their service is appalling . They either don’t pick up the phone or don’t get back to you at all. There is one exception - Greens This estate agent has got amazing customer service and they return calls and keep you updated . I would buy and sell a house managed by Greens all day long without any hesitation. A special mention to Angela Cleet in the Tamworth office - she’s super !!!

My property is on the market at the moment. It has been sold STC twice and fallen through. All the staff are lovely and always keep me informed of any updates!
