We have recently completed on a house purchase in Sutton Coldfield with Green&Co. Our specific contact was Shakila who was wonderful throughout the entire process, from the day we made an offer right until completion. She was always accessible via phone/email and would respond quickly to any queries we had. We never felt the need to chase anything as it was all in hand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a house for the first time! We also used John Cross the in-house mortgage broker who was absolutely brilliant and I'm so glad we used him. He was so thorough meaning that once he had the information we didn't need to keep repeating it and he made sure we got the best deal. The ladies that work behind the scenes for him were very efficient and good at keeping us up to date with progress. Although I eventually bought a house from another agent I found the whole experience of interacting with Greens to be superb. The sales team should be rightly proud that they are providing a fantastic experience for their vendors introducing prospective buyers (such as me) to their properties with pride.
