We have recently completed on a house purchase in Sutton Coldfield with Green&Co. Our specific contact was Shakila who was wonderful throughout the entire process, from the day we made an offer right until completion. She was always accessible via phone/email and would respond quickly to any queries we had. We never felt the need to chase anything as it was all in hand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a house for the first time! We also used John Cross the in-house mortgage broker who was absolutely brilliant and I'm so glad we used him. He was so thorough meaning that once he had the information we didn't need to keep repeating it and he made sure we got the best deal. The ladies that work behind the scenes for him were very efficient and good at keeping us up to date with progress. We plan to use him again when the time arises and would definitely be considering using Green&Co as our agents again. Thank you to the whole team. From Erin L-S and Huw S (and Ozzy the dog!)

Jacquie Harvey has been an absolute brick over the past few weeks. She isn’t our agent but wish she was! She is our buyers agent and there have been many problems at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie took ownership of the entire mess and tried her hardest to make the chain stay in tact. Sadly it didn’t but she still hasn’t given up and is now committed and giving her best to get chain back in place. Can’t thank her enough for her efforts, thorough communication and updates and showing compassion when it went wrong! Thank you Jacquie, you are highly recommended as an estate agent!

I have used Greens at Mere Green for 3 house sales over the past 20 years have always been super happy with the service. Selling a house is never easy but Jacquie, Jonathon and Tara always make it seem easy. From the valuation to finding buyers to getting the sale over the line, nothing is too much trouble and the team are super proactive. The fact they have worked together for so long is testament to what fabulous team they are. Thank you so much for my recent sale which went through in less than 3 months in a tough market 🤩
