GoogleMy wife sold her buy to let property through the Tamworth office. Jemma gave initial marketing advice and pricing strategy. Angela booked the first viewings and suggested a price adjustment was needed and on the back of that an offer was agreed within a few weeks of marketing. My wife and the buyers used the recommended solicitors and the sale went through to complete within 2 months. Excellent work from Claire, Donna, Jemma and Angela. Thank you from Sian and I

GoogleI have been dealing with Tamworth branch of Green and Co over the last 2 months in relation to purchasing a property for my mother, and all the staff have been fantastic!!! Nothing has been too much trouble and Donna has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has run smoothly. Claire has been more than helpful when I have requested to view the property on a couple of occasions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Green and Co to any of my friends and family who were looking to move house.

GoogleI have just sold a property through Greens in Boldmere. They have been absolutely outstanding in getting the sale over the line, especially as my buyer was from abroad and there was a time difference - as well as international financial jurisdictions at play. Shakeela was amazing at working longer than the standard hours to make sure she was able to speak to the purchaser. We really couldn’t have done this without her. She understood all our requirements and reassured us throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

GoogleRight from the first moment we went into Greens’ office we felt very comfortable & valued as potential clients. Jonathan & Tara made us feel very welcome. They explained everything in detail especially as we were buying & selling through them. We then met Jackie who was also very friendly & efficient. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of where things were at & helped us with various queries. Amazingly, the whole process was completed in 4 months. GoogleCharlotte and her team were brilliant from start to finish. They did an excellent job helping us sell our late mom's property. She fully understood and handled all the complexities that arose and nothing was to much trouble, always responding effectively and efficiently. The house sale certainly wouldn't have progressed as quickly and smoothly as it has without Charlottes efforts and intervention in the background liaising with all parties in the process to help resolve issues. Excellent job all round. Would certainly recommend.
