GoogleFor the last 16 years I have had my own successful estate agency business. Jacqui did not sell my house - she was the estate agent two down the chain from our sale. However, she went above and beyond for every single person in the chain, whether we were her clients or not. Professional, calm, positive and the best estate agent I have come across in 30 years in the business. GoogleWe chose Green & Co to market the sale of our property. From the first visit to Exchange, Green & Co have been just brilliant. The documentation with an easy to follow step by step process proved to be invaluable in the sale of our house. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on how to prepare our property for sale. Adam the photographer was just brilliant, provided top class images along with drone and 360 video. We had some contact with Tara who was very efficient and always able to provide or find out the answers to our questions and always phoned us back. Our main contact was with Jacquie who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and went above and beyond our expectations of an estate agent.

GoogleThey never answered phone calls, left voice mail no one called. Send an email no one answers. We go to their office and they show us 3 houses. We apply for one and after two weeks no answer. Very bad experience.

GoogleThe new lettings team never answer the phone. I have been trying for over a week on different days and times. I also left several voicemails. Emails and online enquiries also do not get answered. Appalling service.

GoogleEverything went very smooth except the vendor left the security alarm on and didnt bother to supply the security code. I was not Informed on this either by solicitor or the property dealer company.

GoogleAfter the passing of our parents, We asked different Estate Agencies to come to sell our beloved family home. Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co.
