GoogleIf you seen the series suits. Then these are in line with them. Just because a landlord decided not to go with us, green and co try to say our referencing failed which hadn't in in fact we passed but they still kept our deposit. Scammers at their finest. If a person stole a phone on the street it's robbery. Thief's at their finest

GoogleCouldn’t fault Greens From our first visit from gemma coming to value our house and putting it on the market, she then advised us on viewing a property which we’d ruled out when looking online. She had time spare that afternoon and we went to view with her , so glad of her input as it ended up being the property we brought as we could see its potential to be our home, during the process the girls in the office were first class Claire helped us along the way & Donna really went above and beyond taking all my calls and pushing daily to get us over the line , thanks for all your help

Unlike other agents in the area they actually know what is going on, they always answer the phone, they ring you back when they say they will and generally seem super switched on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over other local agents. A special thankyou to Jacqui in particular (at the Mere Green office), who was our liaison and went above and beyond to make sure communication between us and the vendor was seamless and helped steer the whole process impeccably. GoogleCouldn't speak more highly of this team, in particular Katie and Shakila. Katie was always really friendly, showing us round (multiple times) the house we went on to buy, and answering any questions we had- she then continued to be a friendly and patient voice on the phone (after calling far too many times!). This genuinely made the whole experience a much more enjoyable one. Shakila was exceptionally professional, skilled and calm when dealing with several difficult moments in the purchase. She also gave helpful advice about how to fairly negotiate on the price of the property, which for first-time buyers was really helpful. Thank you both (and the rest of the team) for bearing with us- we will recommend you to friends/family in the area! :)

GoogleThe new lettings team never answer the phone. I have been trying for over a week on different days and times. I also left several voicemails. Emails and online enquiries also do not get answered. Appalling service.
