GoogleWe deal with a good number of estate agents, and Green & Co. as by far the most personable and tailored in their approach. They seem to understand the gravity of buying a house - other estate agents treat it as 'just another transaction' whereas Green & Co., and especially Tara Kelly, acknowledge that it's a huge decision - she and they work hard over a long period of time to ensure the purchase/sale is the right one. Keep it up, and thank you.

GoogleI would highly recommend Green & Co Mere Green. Jacquie, Jonathan and Tara were extremely professional from the initial valuation through to the sale of the property. Dealing with the team I always felt like I was in safe hands and communicated to through the whole process. I have only ever sold properties with Green & Co and will continue to do so.

GoogleThe whole experience with Greens from Jonathan visiting for an initial visit to the completion day the service was outstanding. We liaised with Jacquie whose communication and professionalism was excellent. Jacquie dealt with us as if we were her only clients despite us being just part of her caseload. Nothing was too much for her, she willingly communicated with all parties in our chain- something that the other professionals in the chain did not do. Previously we registered with 2 other main local agents with whom we only stayed the minimal time due to their poor communication and in one case the appalling photos. They could learn so much from the attitude that Greens have. The photos were of professional standard and we were able to choose the ones we wanted and the order. Without the diligence that Jacquie demonstrated, I am certain our sale and purchase would still be in process. The contact with all staff at Greens (including Tara) was great. We are now in our new home for the next chapter in our lives. Thank you to Greens whom we would fully recommend.

GoogleAfter a not so favourable 10 week experience with another agency (who shall not be named), I reached out to Green & Co, Boldmere. Quite frankly, from the word go, Shakila and her team have been first rate, and most importantly, very responsive! They took up the mantle and just ran with it, and the resulting viewings came in. We had a potential buyer within a couple of weeks of the house going on the market (as opposed to the previous agency who had 10 weeks and hardly got anyone through our front door). There are quite a few estate agents to choose from in our area of Birmingham, but I would say to ignore the sales stats some of them will throw at you, and simply go with an agent who cares AND who knows what they’re doing. That is Green & Company. (Shaun S - New Oscott, Birmingham)

GoogleCouldn’t fault Greens From our first visit from gemma coming to value our house and putting it on the market, she then advised us on viewing a property which we’d ruled out when looking online. She had time spare that afternoon and we went to view with her , so glad of her input as it ended up being the property we brought as we could see its potential to be our home, during the process the girls in the office were first class Claire helped us along the way & Donna really went above and beyond taking all my calls and pushing daily to get us over the line , thanks for all your help
